Siófok Beach is the most visited beach not only by lake Balaton but also in Hungary. It's territory is more than 8 hectare, it's capacity 13.500 people.
It is a paying beach during the day (video 2004 , video 2005 , video 2006 , video 2007 ,video 2008 , video 2009 , video 2010 ) and it is an adventure park-like entertaining centre from 7 Pm till the morning.(video 2004 , video 2005 , video 2006 , video 2007 , video 2008 , video 2009 , video 2010 )

You can find Coke Club here which is well-known and popular among youngsters. The beach offers varied programmes and sport facilities every day and there are free concerts in the evening performed by the most popular singers and groups of Hungary. Coke Club wait the enquiers with varied programs also in 2012.

It is a new attraction for families with small children that there is a sandy section on the Eastern part of the Siófok Beach since the dredging of the bottom of the lake is finished. We have a sandy section also by the Szent István avenue and the guest like it a lot so this is the reason we made a sandy section also on the Siófok Beach.

Siófok Beach won „Kékhullám Zászló” („Blue Wave Flag”) Price in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. This qualification system was started in 2004 by the Environmental Ministry in 2004. This system is based on those conciderations which are used in the European Union.

This price has an important role also in the marketing of Siófok: it means for our guests that the quality of the water is good on our beach, service is good , the programmes are interesting, so it is worth coming here.

Siófok – Újhely beach

The Újhely Beach is to be found west from the centre and it is before reconstruction. The reconstruction of this beach is planned, and till then You can use it for free.

Siófok – Sóstó beach

Territory: 18780 m2
Shore size: 320 m

We wait for our guests with new reconstructed establishments and complete beach service.

Free beaches in Siófok  

The administrative unit of Siófok has 17 km long shore size. More than half of this, 8 km is Siófok's property. You can use the grassy area next to the beaches to lay in the Sun or to relax.

The free beaches are near to the centre and West from Siófok. There are only a few free beaches East from Siófok, which are not so long.

You can find well-kept grass on all of our free beaches and You can rent water sport implements. The boardwalks are very nice by the shore. There are 21 WC, and a lot of restaurants, buffets and sport facilities.

You can find the Ezüstpart free beach (Silver Shore free beach) west from the centre. There will be a programme here, so called „Mozdulj Balaton” (Move Balaton!) in the summer of 2005 where our guests can play beach volleyball, beach football, beach handball and beach basketball.

Sport facilities in the winter in Siófok

You can enjoy lake Balaton not only in the summer but also in the winter. A lot of people come to Siófok also in the winter (video 2006 , video 2011 ). We have traditions in winter sports like ice sailing. Of course you can ice skate and play ice hockey.

Balaton-parti Kft. guarantees a place ont he lake where you can securely enjoy winter sports when the ice is thicker than 10 cm. There is first aid, hot tea and a lot of fun.
